The Borgo
Borgo Dolciano was built as the hunting residence of Grand Duke Leopold II. The farmhouses where the estate workers once lived are now suites and apartments, restored with care, keeping their wooden beams and terracotta floors.
Around them you have a centuries-old park, a flowering garden and a panoramic pool. Dolciano Tre, the restaurant inside the borgo, serves Tuscan dishes and local wines, and on warm mornings the slow breakfast is served at the tables in the park: an Italian slow life experience that sets the pace of the day. Montepulciano, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are a short drive away, so you can explore and still come home to one place every evening.

The borgo has 17 suites and apartments. Events and banquets can be organised for 2, 20, 30 guests or more, depending on your needs, and for overnight stays we can also use accommodation nearby.
